The Washington Post
This was a 3 week long conceptual sprint based on the The Washington Post. This project's premise is based on the "Digital Transformation at The Washington Post -- Innovating for the Next Generation" case study.
Since 2014, publisher and owner Fred Ryan has been working with owner Jeff Bezos to bring a digital transformation to The Washington Post.

Through my research, it became clear to me that The Washington Post needed to
understand its younger readers’ needs better in order to offer a more accessible service. Identifying how I can match the user’s needs to what The Washington Post can
provide became the focus of my design challenge:

How do I use popular social media techniques to improve The Washington Post’s activation and conversion rates within the younger generation?
The Process
This process book showcases the steps I took from conception to a fully working prototype. In three weeks, I followed an agile sprint process. Every week I would create, interview, get feedback, and rework and reiterate my designs. I conducted user research, interviews, usability tests, prototyping, and iterations.
