Starbucks
A group design challenge to improve the user experience of an existing food service app. Me and my team chose to work on resolving existent issues within the Starbucks app such as the location services, price transparency, and calorie counter. This was the first time I got to experience working on an existing service and understanding how customers interact with the Starbucks app.
The Process
This process book showcases the steps I took from conception to a fully working prototype. In ten weeks, I followed an agile design method. Every week I would create, interview, get feedback, and rework and reiterate my designs. I conducted user research, interviews, usability tests, prototyping, and iterations.
