Empawered
A self conceptual project designed to help owners stay connected with their pets at the vet's. The visitation process can be less stressful for pet owners with a more streamlined and transparent appointment platform.
My focus was to design an emergency and appointment service app for pet owners. There is not much support for pet owners who need to bring their pet to the emergency room. While one problem is searching for emergency rooms, another issue is the lack of visibility and difficult communication during an appointment.
The Process
This process book showcases the steps I took from conception to a fully working prototype. In ten weeks, I followed an agile design method. Every week I would create, interview, get feedback, and rework and reiterate my designs. I conducted user research, interviews, usability tests, prototyping, and iterations.
